High-Powered Executives know the benefit of taking time out to focus – you too, can get the same red-carpet treatment. You spend hours in the gym – now spend an hour a week getting a little personal spiritual training.
Get set to go with your trainer every Monday night at our Upper West Side location. Spend an hour discussing the mysteries of life, learning to read Hebrew, follow along in a service or any topic of your choice – all with your own private guide. Group classes are also available – all for only $5 an evening.
