Jcc goes to cuba

Cuba is back in the news! But since it's going to be some time before travel there from the US is possible as an "ordinary" tourist, why not join the JCC's mission to the Jewish community in Havana and other parts of the island from December 3-10, 2009. You can also register for one of our orientation sessions on October 1 and 22 when travelers from last year will share their experiences. Register online or at 646-505-5749 and use code JJLCUB01F0 (for October 2) or JJLCUB02F0 (for October 22). Space is limited and you are responsible for booking your own round trip air fare to Miami where the group will meet for departure to Havana.

Here's your chance to help the Jews of Cuba, learn about their history and meet members of the community. A guide will be with the group for the entire trip and a bus will be on hand throughout the week. Vegetarian/fish meals available.
